What is Bosh Training?

Better known as Basic Occupational Safety and Help Training, BOSH is a prescribed five day or 40 hours’ worth of mandatory training of DOLE-BWC for all designated safety officers around safety and health in the Philippine workplaces. This training aims to teach aspiring practitioners in the related field to understand the OSH concepts and be knowledgeable on the existing and potential safety and health hazards in different working environments.

The aim is to control the measures, apply, demonstrate and discuss regulations provided under the Philippine government rules.

It will also include instructional materials like workshops, lectures, case studies, video materials, role plays and site visits to make the training more effective for the workers. At the end of this valuable yet enjoyable training, all participants will be able to determine key elements in OSH situation if they’d work here or abroad. Also, they’ll be able to gain new skills that will make them more fit for the job vacancies with relevance to safety in different fields. With BOSH being one of the first safety systems training services, it’s surely foreseen to bring quality workers all over the world.
